The facilities are quite dated, at the standard of an old government guesthouse. The location is good and the service is warm, with foot-soaking facilities provided. However, the breakfast is not up to standard—there wasn't even cantaloupe among the fruits, which doesn't do justice to the hotel's name. Welcome fruit…
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet overall. The service was warm and attentive, and there was cantaloupe to enjoy in the lobby. With complete amenities, it is a great choice when staying in Hami and worth recommending.
The overall environment is clean and tidy, the lobby is impressive, the room is neatly kept, the bedding is comfortable, and the stay was very pleasant. Soundproofing is good, and it was very quiet at night. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, check-in and check-out were efficient, and they responded promptly…

Good to know
Does this hotel accept foreign guests?
Star-rated hotels — especially chains and anything four-star and above — almost always register foreign passports as routine. Smaller local hotels sometimes lack the foreign-guest license. Since 2024 hotels officially may not refuse foreign guests: if refused, call or SMS 12345. Book refundable when unsure.
How do I get there?
Show the big Chinese name above to any taxi or DiDi driver, or tap Find in Amap for turn-by-turn navigation. The Chinese name is what drivers read — English names are rarely recognized.
What does the star rating mean?
China's official hotel star rating is assessed by tourism authorities (GB/T 14308 standard): ★★★ = comfortable and reliable, ★★★★ = high-end with full services, ★★★★★ = luxury. It certifies quality, not foreign-guest policy — that's why we flag it separately.
How do I pay there?
Set up Alipay or WeChat Pay with your foreign Visa/Mastercard before you fly — QR payments work at virtually every hotel. Foreign credit cards are accepted at the front desk of most star-rated hotels. Full payments guide →
