Service response was quick. When I contacted housekeeping with a request, it was handled promptly. Xiao Cao was warm and attentive. Facilities: Good, very convenient, great experience. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Good. Service: Attentive and warm.
The hotel breakfast was plentiful. Although the room wasn't large, it was cozy and comfortable. The front desk service was very warm and friendly, especially Xiao He and Xiao Zeng, who were particularly attentive and thoughtful. Thumbs up 👍
