Open the window and you can see the sea view of Bohai Bay. Cross the road outside and you're at Oriental Joy Kingdom Water World and Bijia Mountain Scenic Area. A few minutes' walk and you're fully immersed in the seaside atmosphere. Food, accommodation, and entertainment are all well covered—a great choice for a…
The location is unbeatable, right across from the water park, diagonally opposite Bijiashan, and very convenient for getting to the beach. The seawater pool is heated, there are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the kids' play area is also quite large. The mattress in the room is Simmons, and the whole room is…
First, no one greeted us at the entrance, and the front desk staff seemed unprofessional during check-in. You hand over your ID, they give you a room card—it felt like just going through the motions. Good to know
Does this hotel accept foreign guests?
Star-rated hotels — especially chains and anything four-star and above — almost always register foreign passports as routine. Smaller local hotels sometimes lack the foreign-guest license. Since 2024 hotels officially may not refuse foreign guests: if refused, call or SMS 12345. Book refundable when unsure.
How do I get there?
Show the big Chinese name above to any taxi or DiDi driver, or tap Find in Amap for turn-by-turn navigation. The Chinese name is what drivers read — English names are rarely recognized.
What does the star rating mean?
China's official hotel star rating is assessed by tourism authorities (GB/T 14308 standard): ★★★ = comfortable and reliable, ★★★★ = high-end with full services, ★★★★★ = luxury. It certifies quality, not foreign-guest policy — that's why we flag it separately.
How do I pay there?
Set up Alipay or WeChat Pay with your foreign Visa/Mastercard before you fly — QR payments work at virtually every hotel. Foreign credit cards are accepted at the front desk of most star-rated hotels. Full payments guide →
