Xiaowen was exceptionally friendly, gentle, and polite. The room was cleaned meticulously, making for a comfortable stay. The public areas were clean and refreshing. The overall experience was excellent—a very pleasant stay.
Arrived at the hotel and was warmly received. Front desk staff Xiaoling and Xiaoqin were efficient and patient, handling all requests well. Overall stay was very good.
