Not many people, which is nice, and the water was clean. But a lot of the pools were too hot—in the end only one pool had a comfortable temperature where I could soak longer. Probably because there weren't many people, they need to keep the water warm until evening. There's also a swimming pool, which felt pretty good.
Very satisfied with this stay. The hot spring is genuine—my skin felt so smooth after soaking. The hotel has a great location with beautiful scenery, and it's especially quiet in the morning and evening. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was plentiful. Overall a great experience and worth recommending.
