The front desk staff were always quick with check-in and check-out, smiling and responsive. When I reached out with requests, they handled everything properly, which made me feel very comfortable.
The room was clean and tidy, and the decor looked very pleasant. The bathroom layout was reasonable with no odors. I was especially impressed by the warm and enthusiastic attitude of the front desk and floor staff. The overall stay was excellent. Whenever I come to Pingzhuang in the future, this will be my go-to hotel.
Very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, the amenities were complete, the staff were friendly, the location was easy to find, and I will come back again.
