The environment is excellent, and there's a banquet hotel downstairs with many people coming to dine. If you arrive late at night and are tired, you can dine directly at the hotel. The experience was quite good. Highly recommended, and I would consider staying here again next time.
The hotel is very close to the International Grand Bazaar, making shopping and sightseeing very convenient. It offers free parking and free breakfast. The service is friendly and professional, and the hotel is clean and hygienic overall.
The front desk lady was very warm and friendly. That day, we tried to check in around 4 or 5 PM but were told the room wasn't cleaned yet and we'd need to wait 20 minutes. In the end, we actually waited nearly 40 minutes before we could check in. The front desk lady offered to upgrade our room, but that didn't happen…
