An old-established hotel in Liyang. The facilities are a bit dated, but the service is good. Kudos to front desk Xiao Lian, housekeeping Xiao Chen, Xiao Wu, and Shen Tao for their warm service, as well as the free car wash attendant. A bowl of noodles late at night was heartwarming.
F&B Manager Xu and Duan Juan were warm and welcoming. Housekeeping lady Zhang cleaned carefully, and lady Chen gave us fruit with courteous, attentive service. The overall service was excellent—genuine smiles, proactive greetings, and helpfulness. This hotel is absolutely beyond 4-star.
The hotel's service level exceeded my expectations—it was fantastic. From the smart check-in assisted by Xiao Yang at the front desk, to the welcome from housekeeping manager Aunt Chen Juxiang, who proactively helped with luggage, delivered welcome fruit and white tea, and provided plenty of water with prompt service.…
