The room was newly renovated, clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that made for a really sound sleep. Opening the window, I could see the ginkgo trees along the street, and the autumn sunlight streaming in was lovely. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, just a few minutes' walk to buy daily…

It's just a few minutes' walk from the train station—very convenient location, and Qingguo Lane is nearby for a quick stroll. Breakfast has a good variety; the freshly cooked xiaolongbao and Suzhou-style noodle soup were fresh and satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, the bed comfortable, and the stay pleasant. The…

The room was very clean, near Bo'ai Road Metro Station and convenient to the train station. Highly recommended! The front desk service was very patient, and someone was there to receive us even though we arrived very late! The room was very spacious! The buffet breakfast was also very generous!

Good to know

Does this hotel accept foreign guests?

Star-rated hotels — especially chains and anything four-star and above — almost always register foreign passports as routine. Smaller local hotels sometimes lack the foreign-guest license. Since 2024 hotels officially may not refuse foreign guests: if refused, call or SMS 12345. Book refundable when unsure.

How do I get there?

Show the big Chinese name above to any taxi or DiDi driver, or tap Find in Amap for turn-by-turn navigation. The Chinese name is what drivers read — English names are rarely recognized.

What does the star rating mean?

China's official hotel star rating is assessed by tourism authorities (GB/T 14308 standard): ★★★ = comfortable and reliable, ★★★★ = high-end with full services, ★★★★★ = luxury. It certifies quality, not foreign-guest policy — that's why we flag it separately.

How do I pay there?

Set up Alipay or WeChat Pay with your foreign Visa/Mastercard before you fly — QR payments work at virtually every hotel. Foreign credit cards are accepted at the front desk of most star-rated hotels. Full payments guide →
