The hotel has a good location, not far from the highway exit, making it suitable for self-driving guests. The rooms are clean and tidy, with luxurious decor that reflects its past glory. Across the street, there are many food shops with affordable prices. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.
The room was clean and tidy, the service was thoughtful and attentive, and the environment was quiet and elegant. The facilities are complete, the breakfast is generous, and the stay was excellent. I will choose this hotel again when traveling to Wuwei next time.
There were a few hiccups during my stay, but the front office manager had an excellent service attitude and patiently communicated to resolve the issues. In the hospitality industry, service attitude matters a lot. When choosing a hotel, you want one with a good environment and great service. Highly recommended.
