My parents came to visit, and they had stayed here once before with a good experience. The front desk staff were also very friendly.
The front desk area is decorated with a playful touch, with children's toys and balloons. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the space is quite open, making it suitable for families with children. However, there aren't many toys; it would be better if more varieties were added.
The room was quite old, and the environment felt a bit sketchy. There's a KTV downstairs, and the hotel has a lot of random people coming and going. I often ran into drunk people in the elevator, which was a bit scary.
