The room was spacious and bright, with just the right amount of light coming through the curtains—not too bright, not too dim. Lying on the bed looking out at the lake view was perfect for zoning out. Breakfast had plenty of options, including local specialties like qiangao and shanfen yuan, and the kids enjoyed it…
The hotel is in the city center, quite far from the attractions—about 30 kilometers by car, roughly an hour. Breakfast is plentiful. If you want to visit the attractions, it's a bit of a distance; eating and shopping around the city is a good option.
