Decided last minute to book this hotel for the National Day holiday rush. It's right in the city center, convenient for getting around, with a central market next to it and shopping malls nearby. It's quiet in the midst of the bustle, and the room was very quiet. Dunhua really has so much good food.
The room was clean and comfortable, getting around was super convenient, the service attitude was excellent, and staying here was very relaxing.
The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the service was attentive. The lobby manager, the lovely front desk staff, and housekeeping were all excellent. Lost items were well kept, the staff are highly professional, and the stay felt very thoughtful.
