Quiet environment, attentive service, and complete facilities. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Most importantly, there's underfloor heating so you won't be cold, the bathroom has no odor, and there's plenty of hot water. Highly recommended.
After entering, I noticed red carpet on the stairs. It felt soft underfoot. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the space was quite open, making it comfortable to move around. However, the stair steps were somewhat worn, with uneven edges, looking a bit dated.
