The room facilities are a bit dated, and the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which needs to be fixed. The front desk service was very good! It's a local old five-star hotel! There are plenty of great food options nearby, especially the crawfish.
It's a four-star hotel. The rooms are a bit old and not very spacious, but still fairly clean. We booked in advance and got a good price. We stayed in a family room, which was decorated in a warm and cozy way.
