This is the most cost-effective 4-star hotel I've ever stayed in, under 200. It's close to the high-speed rail station, the service is good, and during peak season in a tourist city, I never imagined it could be around 200. Highly recommended!
Although it's rated as a 4-star hotel, the facilities are a bit behind the times, and the breakfast is very basic. If you ignore the star rating, it's barely acceptable as an ordinary chain hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly!
As a tourist city, Zhangye has many hotels of all sizes. I chose Qilian Mountain Hotel for its value for money. Although it's rated 4-star, personally I don't think the rooms meet that standard.
