Arrived on September 30th, one night ahead of the travel crowd. The high-floor view was amazing! It wasn't too crowded yet, and the experience was excellent. We arrived before check-in time, but luckily the front desk gave us a free room upgrade and let us check in early. The doorman was really warm and polite!! The only downside is having to go down to the first floor to pick up takeout from the delivery locker TwT It takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
