The duty manager, Manager Xiao Zhu, provided excellent service. The hotel is in a great location, close to both Dounan Flower Market and the Provincial Museum, with a full range of shops nearby. We even received a tea gift box at check-in.
Highly recommend Kunming Century Jinyuan Grand Hotel! The stay was excellent. Butler Xiao Shen provided attentive service throughout, responded quickly to requests, and kindly recommended local food. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. A great choice for a trip to Kunming!
