The location is great, very close to Guomao Metro Station and Kingglory Plaza. The room is large, clean, and hygienic, and the service is warm and friendly. I really enjoy staying here! This is my first choice for accommodation in Shenzhen.
This time I booked a special-rate king room. Overall, it was cleaned quite well, but upon entering the room, there was a smell similar to uncleaned smoke, like the odor in an air-conditioned bus. The room I stayed in during May didn't have this smell. The quilt and mattress were still quite comfortable.
The room was very clean, no odors, simple and tidy. The service was very attentive and polite, with the profound heritage of a long-established hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to dining and the subway.
