The hotel decor is a bit dated. It has all the expected facilities, but cleanliness and hygiene are just so-so. Breakfast doesn't have much variety and wasn't to my taste. Each room only gets 2 bottles of drinking water per day, and when we asked the front desk for more since it wasn't enough, they refused. For this…

The hotel staff's service attitude is excellent and very warm. There are plenty of free parking spaces. The hotel decor is upscale. The breakfast has a rich variety, with everything you could want. Next time I come to Zepu, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

A pleasant stay. At check-in, the front desk staff noticed we had been drinking and specially let us know the room had honey water. Breakfast looked abundant—hot dishes, cold dishes, staples, noodles, wontons, everything you'd want. Free parking. The hotel felt very cozy.

Good to know

Does this hotel accept foreign guests?

Star-rated hotels — especially chains and anything four-star and above — almost always register foreign passports as routine. Smaller local hotels sometimes lack the foreign-guest license. Since 2024 hotels officially may not refuse foreign guests: if refused, call or SMS 12345. Book refundable when unsure.

How do I get there?

Show the big Chinese name above to any taxi or DiDi driver, or tap Find in Amap for turn-by-turn navigation. The Chinese name is what drivers read — English names are rarely recognized.

What does the star rating mean?

China's official hotel star rating is assessed by tourism authorities (GB/T 14308 standard): ★★★ = comfortable and reliable, ★★★★ = high-end with full services, ★★★★★ = luxury. It certifies quality, not foreign-guest policy — that's why we flag it separately.

How do I pay there?

Set up Alipay or WeChat Pay with your foreign Visa/Mastercard before you fly — QR payments work at virtually every hotel. Foreign credit cards are accepted at the front desk of most star-rated hotels. Full payments guide →
