The hotel is in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the snack street, so I could grab a bowl of youpo noodles on the way in the morning. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, so I slept soundly. The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently gave directions when I asked. The air…
The hygiene was very poor, the facilities were very old, and the room smelled entirely of smoke.
A government hotel in an old county town. You stay there for peace of mind—nothing special, no surprises, no real disappointment either. It's just for one night. The parking lot is big, the facilities are a bit dated, but it's still decent enough for a stay.

Good to know
Does this hotel accept foreign guests?
Star-rated hotels — especially chains and anything four-star and above — almost always register foreign passports as routine. Smaller local hotels sometimes lack the foreign-guest license. Since 2024 hotels officially may not refuse foreign guests: if refused, call or SMS 12345. Book refundable when unsure.
How do I get there?
Show the big Chinese name above to any taxi or DiDi driver, or tap Find in Amap for turn-by-turn navigation. The Chinese name is what drivers read — English names are rarely recognized.
What does the star rating mean?
China's official hotel star rating is assessed by tourism authorities (GB/T 14308 standard): ★★★ = comfortable and reliable, ★★★★ = high-end with full services, ★★★★★ = luxury. It certifies quality, not foreign-guest policy — that's why we flag it separately.
How do I pay there?
Set up Alipay or WeChat Pay with your foreign Visa/Mastercard before you fly — QR payments work at virtually every hotel. Foreign credit cards are accepted at the front desk of most star-rated hotels. Full payments guide →
