The room wasn't big, but it was kept quite clean. The quilt and pillows on the bed felt very comfortable to the touch. Autumn wind slipped through the window cracks, bringing a slight chill. Outside, tree shadows fell on the wall in the slanted evening sunlight, making it feel especially quiet. Passing by, I noticed…
I was worried after reading other reviews that the hotel would be old and poorly maintained, but it turned out to be pretty good. I'm glad I chose it. Facilities: Indeed three-star standard, though the hotel is a bit old. Cleanliness: Very clean, no odor. Environment: Next to a school, not noisy. Service: Fresh linens…
First time staying at a hotel in Yanchi. The experience was average. The facilities are poor, the building is old, and there were no disposable toiletries. I suggest providing disposable products — they're more reassuring and safe to use.

Good to know
Does this hotel accept foreign guests?
Star-rated hotels — especially chains and anything four-star and above — almost always register foreign passports as routine. Smaller local hotels sometimes lack the foreign-guest license. Since 2024 hotels officially may not refuse foreign guests: if refused, call or SMS 12345. Book refundable when unsure.
How do I get there?
Show the big Chinese name above to any taxi or DiDi driver, or tap Find in Amap for turn-by-turn navigation. The Chinese name is what drivers read — English names are rarely recognized.
What does the star rating mean?
China's official hotel star rating is assessed by tourism authorities (GB/T 14308 standard): ★★★ = comfortable and reliable, ★★★★ = high-end with full services, ★★★★★ = luxury. It certifies quality, not foreign-guest policy — that's why we flag it separately.
How do I pay there?
Set up Alipay or WeChat Pay with your foreign Visa/Mastercard before you fly — QR payments work at virtually every hotel. Foreign credit cards are accepted at the front desk of most star-rated hotels. Full payments guide →
