The hotel is just steps away from the famous Taihu Moon Plaza. From the room, you can see the iconic Moon Hotel building—truly spectacular and beautiful. The room is spacious, bright, and clean, with fresh bed linens. The staff are very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a good variety.
Participated in a marathon, and this was the designated hotel. Not far from downtown, great value. The room was very large, the bed was big and comfortable, very clean, quiet at night, and plenty of hot water for showers.
Pretty good. The room was clean and tidy, about a 10-minute drive from Longemont, and great value for money. Breakfast was average but filling, and you could see the "Toilet Hotel" in the distance.

Star-rated hotels — especially chains and anything four-star and above — almost always register foreign passports as routine. Smaller local hotels sometimes lack the foreign-guest license. Since 2024 hotels officially may not refuse foreign guests: if refused, call or SMS 12345. Book refundable when unsure.

China's official hotel star rating is assessed by tourism authorities (GB/T 14308 standard): ★★★ = comfortable and reliable, ★★★★ = high-end with full services, ★★★★★ = luxury. It certifies quality, not foreign-guest policy — that's why we flag it separately.
