Service was fast and the staff were friendly. Check-in was smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. They also offer thoughtful services like advance meal ordering, room service, and courtyard BBQ. Overall service level is good, suitable for family or business trips.

First time staying in a standard room. The room wasn't big but had everything we needed. Service was great. The room came with a small terrace, and the mountain view was lovely.
