Arrived at the hotel entrance in the morning and felt the environment was quite clean, the space was open, and it was comfortable to stay. The price was affordable, good value for money, reassuring to stay, and the service was attentive. Quite satisfied.
The facilities are okay. Overall, not very new, but they meet your needs. The environment is also nice and cleaned fairly well. However, the service could be improved. The lady who does the cooking doesn't keep track of what guests order and just gives it to someone else.
After entering the room we had booked, we found cigarette ash. We switched to another room, but the walls in the new room were moldy, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk, and they sent toilet paper up. Later, they didn't offer to switch our room again, and the matter just fizzled…
