The lobby looks grand and elegant. The hotel pays great attention to detail—there's a treasure box in the lobby with band-aids, earplugs, and other small items you can take as needed. There's also free self-service coffee and flower tea, complete with creamer and sugar cubes. It's nice to grab a cup while checking in.…
