The front desk staff were friendly and proactively shared tips on local attractions and nearby food. Their restaurant recommendations were great too. The room was spacious and clean, and the high floor offered a wide open view. I communicated with the front desk whenever I had any issues. Good experience.
Stayed at Four Seasons Ruili for two nights and it was pretty good. Great location right in the city center, easy to get anywhere. Breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. Front desk staff were friendly and upgraded our room. Overall a good experience. Room was clean and airy. Thumbs up.
