The Executive King Room was quite satisfying. Cleanliness was better than expected, and the Mousse mattress was soft and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a wide open view of the city. The room was clean and bright, making for a pleasant stay. This hotel is definitely the right choice for accommodation…
The room was perfect, and the front desk even upgraded us. The breakfast had a very rich variety of ingredients, and the 300 swimming pools and the gym were all excellent. This hotel is trustworthy!
Great stay at Houyi Hotel in Jishou! The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, transportation is convenient, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view. Overall great value—a worthwhile choice for traveling to Jishou.

Good to know
Does this hotel accept foreign guests?
Star-rated hotels — especially chains and anything four-star and above — almost always register foreign passports as routine. Smaller local hotels sometimes lack the foreign-guest license. Since 2024 hotels officially may not refuse foreign guests: if refused, call or SMS 12345. Book refundable when unsure.
How do I get there?
Show the big Chinese name above to any taxi or DiDi driver, or tap Find in Amap for turn-by-turn navigation. The Chinese name is what drivers read — English names are rarely recognized.
What does the star rating mean?
China's official hotel star rating is assessed by tourism authorities (GB/T 14308 standard): ★★★ = comfortable and reliable, ★★★★ = high-end with full services, ★★★★★ = luxury. It certifies quality, not foreign-guest policy — that's why we flag it separately.
How do I pay there?
Set up Alipay or WeChat Pay with your foreign Visa/Mastercard before you fly — QR payments work at virtually every hotel. Foreign credit cards are accepted at the front desk of most star-rated hotels. Full payments guide →
